Handling of Title names that form illegal Windows File Names

Post by Krobar »

I cant rip my Chilli Peppers DVD because it generated an illegal filename:
//192.168.0.220/Data0/TempMkv/Red_Hot_Chili_Peppers/t00_Red_Hot_Chili_Peppers_"What_Hits!_".mkv

Any chance of a fix?

Hi!

Just change the "Save as" name before starting the "rip"...

Hopefully this isnt a really stupid question... How do I do that?

Should I be using the command line? I managed to get info using the command line but how do I specify the output file name? I've got as far as : makemkvcon64 mkv disc:0 title 2
