Medium Error- Uncorrectable Error ... Unrippable BD

I'm having trouble ripping a wedding video from a blu ray disk with a Samsung drive on my mac.

Backing up disc into folder
Content hash table missing, unable to verify integrity of M2TS files.
Error 'Scsi error - MEDIUM ERROR:L-EC UNCORRECTABLE ERROR' occurred while reading '/BDMV/STREAM/00005.m2ts' at offset '196608'
Backup failed

Make MKV has worked for me in the past, but I don't have a lot of experience problem solving situations like this. I've tried other software and encountered similar issues. I'd appreciate any help I can get, Thanks!

The SCSI error says the drive can't read part of the disk. You can try cleaning it and raising the number of times MakeMKV will ask the drive to try again (Preferences->IO, Retries), but it might not help.

Yeah, I bumped it up to 25, but no luck. Maybe I need to try a different drive.

Different drives can do wonders, some times. The alignment of the laser optics is not exactly perfect on any given drive, and a different angle can make some reads work better. I have 4 BD drives and 2 DVD drives available.

Some DVDs are unreadable with a blue laser, so the USB DVD drive comes in handy. I had to pull it out two days ago because my copy of Tsukikage Ran was being a pain, when I decided to fix the subtitles on it. Three of the BD drives said it had unrecoverable errors, but the DVD drive didn't see any of that.
