Problem: File not recognized

Post by ton2e » Thu Apr 22, 2010 7:29 am

I use MakeMKV on a iMac (OSX 10.6.x) but I think this is a general problem. This file is not recognized as a movie so cannot be converted. Other convertors have no problem.

Can this be fixed?

Hi!

This certainly looks unusual:

Is this file produced by MakeMKV? If not, are you trying to open a file? MakeMKV can't process individual files, it requires a disc or disc backup as a source.
