How is the key delivered?

I'm sure I'm missing something, but I paid the $50 through Avangate (their order 45042060) a couple months ago, the week before Christmas, and haven't heard anything about my software key for MakeMKV, and can't find a direct way to contact anyone at GuinpinSoft. How is the key delivered? It is supposed to be delivered "in accordance with the terms and conditions" published on the MakeMKV website, but I can't find that there are any, at least none that describe how I'm supposed to receive the key.

Check your system for an email from avangate.com, as it will have the key. It should have been in your mailbox within an hour of making the purchase.

If you can't find it (check your spam folders!), send a message to support@makemkv.com and Mike can get the key for you.
