The volume key is unknown for this disc

Hello,

Today i tried to rip a BluRay from my LG-NAS System, but it didn't work!
I can acces to the drive via the windows explorer so i can see the folders AACS, BDMV & CERTIFICATE.
In MakeMKV i cklicked on "Open Files" and selected the "index.bdmv" directly on the NAS System.
After that the following Error Messages appered:

Opening files on harddrive at B:
Evaluation version, 30 day(s) out of 30 remaining
The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted
Failed to open disc

What ist the Mistake and what can i do now?

If the drive is on the NAS, MakeMKV cannot get permissions to access a network resource at the level it needs to obtain the volume key, so it can't decrypt the disk.
