created backup ; how to play it?

I created a back up of a blu ray using makemkv as follows FILE/make back up / decrypt video files... operation was successful it said.. and it created bdmv , certificate and a makemkv folders. What pgm s/ I use to play this ? and where to do I point the pgm?

Programs like VLC (available for Windows, Linux, and OS X, among others) will play it by using "Open Folder", and picking the directory that CONTAINS the BDMV and CERTIFICATE folders. It will work as if you were playing the BD directly.

Some hardware devices can do the same thing.

You gain a lot more flexibility in what will play the video if you use Open/Save instead, and create MKV files... While Backup allows you to save menu structure and extras, Open/Save get rid of stuff you don't want to hang onto.
