makemkv and TrueHD

I ran makemkv on one of my discs and I noticed that TrueHD was not listed, although it is listed in makemkv on the Windows version. Is this a limitation of Linux itself or something totally different?
I use Linux Mint 17.3 (Cinnamon) with the 4.2.6 kernel

I can confirm this with Ubunut 14.04 and Kernel 3.15RC6
