How can I select audio/subtitle tracks with makemkvcon?

Hi.

I'm thinking of scripting makemkv, and have been looking briefly at makemkvcon. I've made a couple of test rips, and everything seems to be working fine. Howver, I haven't been able to figure out how to select which audio- and subtitle tracks I want to keep.

Is this possible with makemkvcon? If so, what's the syntax?
