Hi All,
I'm using makemkvcon (version 1.5.2) 32 bit flavor.
I have a test movie setup in the folder c:\testmovie it contains an iso file named testmovie.iso and a VIDEO_TS folder
Both can be succesfuly converted using the gui version of makemkv
I use the commands:
makemkvcon info iso:c:\testmovie\testmovie.iso
makemkvcon info file:c:\testmovie\VIDEO_TS
makemkvcon mkv iso:c:\testmovie\testmovie.iso all c:\testmovie
makemkvcon mkv file:c:\testmovie\VIDEO_TS all c:\testmovie
also used 0 and 1 instead of all
I have tested the conversion on the operating systems Windows Home Server (WHS) and Windows XP SP3
On the XP box the program crashes and on the WHS box i get the results in a debug log file.
that file reads:
Debug log started at Sun Apr 04 17:25:12 2010 , written by MakeMKV v1.5.2 beta win(x86-release)
Using 524544KB for read cache.
001005:0000 MakeMKV v1.5.2 beta win(x86-release) started
001004:0000 Debug logging enabled, log will be saved as C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator/MakeMKV_log.txt
003007:0000 Using direct disc access mode
I would love to get makemkvcon running on the WHS box because i want to convert 500+ movies to mkv.
Kind regards
Rob.
