Package for Ubuntu 15.10 amd64

Hello,

i was surprised to never find packages for lastest makemkv version, and that everybody should compile by himself.

For who use Ubuntu 15.10 with amd64, i make a package to install it easily. (I join the 2 packages in one)

If that can be useful for somebody ...

I use this script:

Works fine. Both install and upgrading MakeMKV

i upgraded it to work only if new version exist, and some others tweaks.
