The next version of MediaInfo, coming out in about ten days, will be able to detect both DTS:X and ATMOS, plus it will show DTS ES Matrix and Discrete in any tracks that contain them (including DTS-MA tracks.)
It will also properly process MKVMerge's Track Statistics Tags, finally hiding them from view and using them to display correct and accurate information about the contents of the files that contain them.
There are also quite a few tweaks on the Matroska side, including better frame rate detection.
This is the latest non-official MediaInfo dll for anyone who'd like to try it.

Note that all the tracks have bitrates and durations, and they're accurate to the bytes and milliseconds, even DTS-MA has a bitrate.
For anyone who uses EAC3To to process their audio, you'll notice a "Detected bit depth" field underneath the "Bit depth" field. That's eac3to's "VALID_BITS" tag showing through from the FLAC header. It tells you the actual precision of the audio track, rather than the encoded bitrate, which in this case is 20 bits instead of 24.
