change metadata information

Hi,
While backing up my B5 discs the "Movie name" metadata information is a generic "B5: Season 1" for all titles. Is there any way to remove or change that data while the titles are being saved?

Some meta data can be changed by enabling Expert Mode, and using the pull-downs that will then appear next to the track names.

There are also tools based on the mkvtoolnix/mkvpropedit CLI library that can be used to edit MKV file properties, such as JMkvpropedit.
