Problem Ripping Hunger Games - Catching Fire

Just had a weird error happen while ripping this disc. It was going along fine until the very last second and then failed. It didn't throw up any of the normal "attempting to work around" messages. Thoughts?

MakeMKV doesn't have much in the way of work-arounds for the hardware saying, "I can't read this disk".
