Godzilla (1998) Special Features

Does anyone know how to extract the special features from the Godzilla (1998) dvd? I want to extract the music video from the Wallflowers.
When I play the Region 1 USA disc with VLC, VLC indicates the special features are not listed under Title 1, they're listed under Dvd Menu.

I would attach a photo but board will not allow me.

What do you have set for your minimum title length (Preferences, Video) ?

If the videos are shorter than that value, MakeMKV will ignore them, but it will put a message in the log saying it skipped over them.

Have the minimum title length set to 15 seconds. The video I want to rip is just over 4 minutes long.

Even DvdFab indicates there is only one title on the disc.

A picture says a thousand words, if I were able to attach it, when I play the video in a media player it indicates I am playing Dvd Menu and that there is 1 title available, of which is the main movie.
