I'm trying to back up my BBT Season 7 Blu-Ray to import it into Plex. I've enabled Debugging, and below are the logs. It converted everything except Title 02 and Title 10, then I reran it for just those two, and still got the same messages regarding it.
MakeMKV v1.9.5 win(x64-release) started

Re: Big Bang Theory Season 7 Disk 1
This is the key:
The drive is having problems reading sections of the disk. Most likely, it's a scratch or smudge. Cleaning is the first step.

Re: Big Bang Theory Season 7 Disk 1
I thought that as well, and did clean one smudge from it. It is now extremely clean, but still giving me the same errors. When I look at the surface, I see a strange distortion all over the disk. i checked Disk 2, and don't see the distortion. The disk plays fine in my BD player, but it may have more of a fault-tolerance built in.
Any ideas? Do you want me to post a pic of the distortion?

Re: Big Bang Theory Season 7 Disk 1
Distortions can be just the way the data is laid out, so pictures wouldn't help much.
HOWEVER... You might try increasing the retry count (Preferences->IO menu). If you have another drive, sometimes the alignment of the laser is just enough different to allow things to work - I have 4 BD drives here in 3 different computers, and some disks simply refuse to work in some drives, but work fine in others.
