Getting this error every time I try to rip the disc. Any suggestions?

The disk has unreadable parts. Cleaning it is the first thing to try. If it's new, you might want to exchange it.

Thanks - you were absolutely correct. I very carefully cleaned the bottom of the Blu-ray disc and then it ripped just fine.
