Error copying The Vampire Diaries

Can anyone advise what this error means. I have cleaned the disc and it plays ok but for some reason it keeps having an issue copying 3 of the files.

I appreciate any suggestions!

The SCSI errors say that your drive is having a problem reading parts of the disk. Software designed for "just" playing will skip over minor errors, but MakeMKV won't - it's trying to make an identical copy of the data.

I'd suggest cleaning it with something like Pledge furniture polish, which will also fill in minor scratches. You might also increase the number of retries allowed in the Preferences->IO menu, as it seems that SOME of the errors were "OK" after a few retries.
