I rolled up some packages for EL7

#1 Post by schotty » Mon Aug 24, 2015 4:59 pm

I rolled up some RPMs for EL7 (Red Hat, CentOS, Oracle, Scientific Linux, Springdale). Sadly I do have a few dependencies outside of my repo. This needs Nux's repo alongside mine. And for rebuilding the SRPMs, you will need ATRPMS as well with a few special parameters to block out packages that step on each other regarding x264. If you need help there I can be of assistance. What I did was make a mock file specifically for building this specific package.

Once you have my repo, and nux installed, its a simple :

Code: Select all

yum -y install makemkv
Alternatively, if you have NUX installed you should be able to just download and install my package with:

Code: Select all

yum -y install http://schotty.com/yum/el/7/makemkv-1.9.5-1.el7.centos.x86_64.rpm
Happy hacking!
