Not recognising chapers
I am trying to rip my copies of the good life, but the chapters are not being identified - any ideas?

Re: Not recognising chapers
Are you trying to open DVD or blu-ray?
Do you see chapters in MakeMKV title selection tree view?
What player do you use for playback?

Hi
Its "The Good Life" a series from the BBC late 70's its DVD box set The DVD takes a long time to do the first part and it then shows one file no tree
With Faulty Towers it showed a tree so i un-ticked the subtitles and all went well
i am using windows media player as play back and i use XBMC to test as well
I have ripped about 50 DVD's and up to now only the above and the inbetweeners have had problems
I need wall space as wife is getting very upset at the growing collection LOL
Many thanks for you kind attention and the program is sweet and simple thanks

1) Try cleaning the DVD
2) Again, what player do you use for playback?
3) If you play the ORIGINAL DVD under the same player, does it play properly, does it have/can you access chapters?
