Open Automatically in Windows 10
Has anyone found a way to have MMKV open automatically when a DVD or Blu Ray is inserted on Win 10? I had Win 7 setup to do it using "Default Programs Editor" but the author has not updated that program in several years and of course, it doesn't work in Win 10.

Re: Open Automatically in Windows 10
Probably why it doesn't work in Win10 is that it has always been a security nightmare to have auto-play turned on for ANY device. You may have to modify your local security policy to allow assignment of a default program, in addition to setting the default program.

I have done this on my Windows 10 system. The basic instructions for configuring your Autoplay settings are found at https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/win ... d0400edbe7. However, you also need to use a third party tool called Default Programs Editor (http://www.winhelponline.com/blog/defau ... and-vista/) in order to add MakeMKV as an option to the autoplay list. It's possible you could avoid using the third party tool by modifying the registry instead, but I don't know what would be required for that.
