Insurgent - BluRay backup working with small issues

I am new here and I have searched through many posts regarding Insurgent but haven't exactly found my problem. I have made a backup of my Insurgent BluRay that seems to play fine (almost) except for a few instances in the movie where about a 15 second or so clip of movie is in the wrong place. Does that make sense? About 4 1/2 minutes into the movie the scene suddenly switches to a scene that should have been displayed about 2 minutes or so earlier in the movie, it plays the new scene and then goes right back to playing the movie where it left off. Does anyone know how to fix this or can it be fixed?

Yes, I see that now. Now that I "sort of" understand what "mpls" is and that I need to use number 00407 and where to find it, I believe I have made a completely successful mkv backup. Thank you!
