Blu-ray scans fine but wont save

It worked fine for 4 Blu-rays now it scans, finds the titles but when i go to save it this is what it says and gets stuck.
(Streaming server started, web server address is http://10.0.0.15:51000 or http://localhost:51000
UPnP server enabled on address 10.0.0.15)
I have tried to uninstall and reinstall but that didn't work either. Any suggestions. I don't want to pay for it if it's not going to work. Thanks

What are you clicking on? The message you are getting would indicate you are clicking on the "stream" icon, rather than the "save" icon...
