I'm trying to download 1.9.5 (Mac) and this tiny 15MB file is going to take over an hour to complete. It's sitting at about 3 Kb/s and even seems to stall at 0 Kb/s at times.
Is there any chance someone could mirror this on a CDN somewhere?

OK, I tried canceling a restarting the download a couple times and got one of the requests started the transfer at a reasonable speed.
