I was wondering if anyone could help me with these questions:
I'm a registered user and I'm currently using MakeMKV on Windows 7 64bit. What I'd like to know is:
1 - Is MakeMKV usable under the release version of Windows 10? (I had the impression that W10 used to give it trouble)
2 - If I decide to ditch Windows entirely can I use my licence key on the Mac version instead, or would I need to re-purchase?
Sorry if these are stupid questions.
Many thanks.
Jim

Re: Two Questions
Forgoing any unforseen incompatibilities the new version should work under Windows 10 perfectly, it's in the change log that MakeMKV has been updated with Windows 10 in mind.
As far as I'm aware, your key is for MakeMKV and can be used regardless of whatever OS you're using.

Re: Two Questions
Speaking of Win 10, you might wanna read all the red underlines in this image (you gotta fix the link first):Revision history
MakeMKV v1.9.5 (27.7.2015 )
Bug fixes:
Win10: Program could randomly crash or behave erratically
Ceratin BDAV discs couldn't be opened on specific BD drives
Language comparison logic was incorrect during profile evaluation ("ger" not equal to "deu" bug)

Re: Two Questions
Thanks all - looks like it's a moot point as my Windows 7 version is Enterprise (and yes, it's legit), which doesn't qualify for a free W10 upgrade.
