Contact Information

#1 Post by mcronje » Thu Jul 02, 2015 12:31 pm

Hi All, How do I contact tech support for assistance with a makemkv order? I have sent several emails to support @ makemkv . com and customer @ avangate . com over the last 7 days, and have not received a response from either. I cannot locate a phone number for makemkv, and the numbers listed for Avangate goes to the voicemail of an office supplies company. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

support@makemkv.com is definitely the one to use. Mike is usually pretty good about responding within a few days on registration questions.

Just a clarification for this please. If the issue is quite complicated, would it be possible that an acknowledgement reply could be made just so users would at least know that the mail has been resolved and worked on?
Always back it up. Image

Please help me to make ur product work. I paid the 66.00 fee but ur program won’t work. It won’t load my discs probably cuz it doesn’t have my license# I’m sorry if I’m being a little forward but I want my program to work. If u don’t help me, I’m gonna retract my payment and go to dvdfab

Personally, I would not post my phone number on a world wide accessible public forum. You might want to edit that out.

If you purchased MakeMKV, you should've gotten your license number in an email from the payment processor. It doesn't hurt to verify it didn't end up in your spam filter. If you don't have it, contact support for the payment processor. https://forum.makemkv.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=178778#p178778

MakeMKV offers full functionality with the beta key. If you're having trouble, it is likely some interaction between your disc and your drive. It is unlikely to be a licensing issue with MakeMKV. Copy & pasting your MakeMKV log into a post here on the forum will give people some data to help understand the trouble you're running into.
