Re: Error 'Scsi error - MEDIUM ERROR:L-EC UNCORRECTABLE ERROR'

Encountered this issue today which resulted in the application crashing, TWICE. Should anyone from MakeMKV want my OS X crash reports, both are available over private email. After sync the OS X system clock, rebooting, sync again, and second reboot, the title was saved successfully.

I subsequently used HB with an RF=18/high profile/h.264/4.1/slow, and the resultant MKV was literally perfect. I also converted the LPCM track to flac in that HB session.
