Does anyone else having problem with backing up "The Theory of Everything"? It would go to about 80% then slow down to 0.00x. Then Error message.
Please help.

I have a problem just opening the disc, it does appear to be undamaged. Attached is the log. Nevermind, it won't let me attach the log, maybe because I'm a new member, well, pasted below.

The operating system is having issues with the disk, too:

Even when Windows got passed that, it found read errors later on. The disk has issues, but... there is one thing you may not have tried... Have you reset (as in powered off or hit the reset button) your computer?

Sounds stupid, but sometimes hardware will get in a state that Windows can't deal with, and a reset is required. Reboots do not reset the hardware itself, so problems can persist when you just restart without sending the reset signal throughout the motherboard.
