treat Blu Ray concert songs as CD songs?

I would like to play songs from various Blu Ray discs that I own as if I was playing songs from various CD's through a playlist. Using JRiver as the playback software is MakeMKV able to rip the the songs/chapters so that I can play them back as I would like?
