For larger log files, sending them directly to Mike is best - email to support@makemkv.com . I know his email box supports rather large attachments, bigger than a lot of commercial email services, so 2MB is fine (I've had to submit larger).

Any word on correct mpls for the Book of Life? Makemkv gives me 850, 802, and 803.

I was also presented with three choices. Out of curiosity, I ripped all three.

There are only slight differences involving the ending credits, during the start of the second song:

- Title 04 gives credit to all of the actors including the English cast
- Title 06 gives credit to only Spanish actors
- Title 09 is a 'clean' close with no names listed

I kept title 4, and deleted 6 and 9.

I noticed a very similar situation, except with different title & mpls numbers.
All three files have identical video and audio identical except for the end titles, all are the same length 1:35:25

On my copy, the following apply

- Title 00, 00850.mpls - credit to all the actors including the English-language cast
- Title 02, 00802.mpls - credit to only Spanish-language actors
- Title 05, 00803.mpls - 'clean close' with no names listed

My UK copy of the Book of Life 3D disc won't dump (the 2D disc dumps fine). It says not "FUTS" file found or whatever when it tries to use the generic BD+ code. I sent in the dump of it over three weeks ago along with the Japanese version of Ralph Breaks the Internet. The latter was working within a week. This one still won't dump. I don't know if there's an issue that makes these harder to deal with or the email got lost or what (went to same address).
