Unable to load all titles for DVD

I have a DVD with at least two titles which have the same film but two different soundtracks (one Portuguese 5.1, the other English 5.1) makemkv (version 1.9.1) is skipping one track which seems to be the one with the English 5.1 soundtrack.

I have added the *NOFILTER* to the preferences but this does not seem to have made any difference (see below for the contents of the log window). The issue seems to be that makemkv is skipping a title because it thinks it's the same (even though I have the no filter set) Any suggestions ?

Thanks for the info - the Manual DVD mode seems like the thing I need - however having selected each title individually I'm still not getting to the track which has the English 5.1 sound - I'm going to try out the DVD later on the DVD player and see if it works at all ..
