The drive can't read part of the disk. Often, cleaning the disk will fix this.

Is there something in the report that indicates this, or is that more of a "first go-to" solution?

Error 'Scsi error - MEDIUM ERROR:1090' occurred while reading '/VIDEO_TS/VTS_19_1.VOB' at offset '16570368'

Really, any line that has "Scsi error" in it means the drive or operating system reported a problem with the disk.

Sometimes you will see messages that say something is "invalid or corrupt", and then a debug code; that's where "something weird" (not according to standard) appeared in the data, and MakeMKV is having to try special techniques to work around the problem. These are only a concern if they don't work, and the rip of that track failed.
