Let's Be Cops with 'no FUTs where obtained' with ver. 1.9.0

Movie: Let's Be Cops.

The exact message is: "BD+ code processed but no FUTs were obtained, errors may follow'.

Using version 1.9.0 on Mac OS X. The video has garble in it. If you look at the post ' Post subject: Video errors converting Dawn of the Planet of the Apes', this is pretty much what is happening to this Bluray output. I did drop down a a few versions incrementally. So I tried it with versions of MakeMKV back to 1.8.10 (that's the earliest I had), since I read a post by someone who suggested trying that. Same error with each version.

I would be more than happy to dump out whatever is needed and send it to someone. I bought a registered version of MakeMKV and very much enjoy the product!

The message you received should have contained a path to a file that was created with the BD+ information. That would get sent to svq@makemkv.com for analysis.

When Mike gets to it, the next time you run MakeMKV it should pick up the revised SVQ file to rip the disk. You would just have to periodically insert it for ripping, and, when the FUT messages disappear, you're ready to rip.

We are still missing one dump for this disc. If it still doesn't work, try opening the disc and send the produced dump file.

I'm having the same problem with "Dawn of the Planet of the Apes" BD on version 1.9.0 - is there a fix for this yet?

Assuming that everyone that saw the message about no FUTs clicked on the links that were generated so that Mike got the additional information he needed, the USUAL case is that, within a day of him getting a chance to work on it, MakeMKV will automatically start working for that disk, IF you have allowed automatic updates.

Thanks, I didn't realize that there was an option for auto update. I turned it on and now it works fine.

I have a similar issue with another title (Belle). The dump file is 3MB and over the 2MB limit for a PM. How can I get the file to Mike for this title?

Thanks

Martin
