How to Rip Chapters?

I apologize for being exceptionally stupid - is there a way to rip a single chapter of a blu-ray using MakeMKV?

Or is there a way to rip from time X to time Y

I don't know of a way to rip one chapter. When i need to split an MKV file i use mkvmerge.
