The stated disc can't be ripped, just says Failed to open disc.
Do I need to send the MKB_v27_The_Snowman.tgz to somewhere to help out with fixing this, do I add it as an attachment to this post?

If it is too big to send via email (shouldn't be), you can upload it to someplace like Dropbox and send Mike the link at that same address.
Did the log say what version of AACS it found? MakeMKV 1.9.0 handles up through v50 (confirmed that just last night).

This disc is only v27, but still it won't open. This is on v1.9.0 and on two different computers and drives, one Mac and one Windows 7 PC. The disc plays fine. Sent the log file to that email address.
