I've installed the latest version 1.9.0 but each time I try to open the disc I get a pop up saying this message:
Evaluation period has expired, shareware functionality unavailable.
In the log at the bottom is:
MakeMKV v1.9.0 win(x86-release) started
Using direct disc access mode
Evaluation period has expired, shareware functionality unavailable.
Failed to open disc
It did allow a 'back up' but that was useless as nothing I have would recognise the m2ts files.
I can't get it to 'open the disc' as each time it says it's expired.
I had an older version which had worked OK a year or two ago. I removed that with revo uninstall and then downloaded 1.9.0 again and reinstalled but with the same failure message, that it's expired and shareware functionality only is available.
How do I get it to work correctly?
