Permanent key?

Its annoying to having keep putting in new keys, can I buy it or something to make it stop asking or get a permanent key?

I used that link to buy a license and got a receipt, but never received an actual license. Who should I follow up with?

support@makemkv.com is who to contact. The email with the receipt should have contained the key. Mine was like this:

Your online order placed on http://www.makemkv.com on xxxxxx xx, xxxx and processed by Avangate as the authorized vendor of GuinpinSoft inc products has been successfully completed (order reference number: NNNNNNNNNN). Please find below the license registration/activation information for the product you have ordered, MakeMKV:

Activation key:
