Hi.
I have a Oppo BDP-103D player that is my media hub. Playing back MKV's from Blu-ray's, it recognizes the subtitle tracks, but does not display them. DVD's, though, work fine. To view the BD subs, I need to play them back in Mac Blu-ray Player or VLC.
Is anyone else experiencing this?
For public consumption: The Oppo BD-103 has fantastic audio & video performance, but is the buggiest piece of crap hardware I have ever owned and, regardless of complaining, it continues to be that. Oppo tech support is total crap as well.

No BD subtitles with Oppo BD-103D
Re: No BD subtitles with Oppo BD-103D
did you try converting the subtitle track to .srt and keep it in the same folder? (be sure its the same name)

Re: No BD subtitles with Oppo BD-103D
Hi,
I've got exactly the same problem with my Oppo 103 and 103D.
The problem is the same on my plasma Panasonic ST50 and ZT60.
It appears only since I use make mkv since the third or fourth last release (I don't remember) but I use it since about 2 years ago and everything worked fine before.
