uPnP not working with 1.8.14

uPnP is not working with 1.8.14 on OSX and Windows. The server starts successfully but whenever i connect to it with a client, the buffer never fills, the progress indicator does not show any progress. The client seems to be buffering for about 30 seconds, then about 2 seconds of video will play, then pause and buffer for another 30 seconds or so. In the MakeMKV window, no information is ever displayed in the information box for source, source file, read rate, client, buffer state or file position.

Anyone else having issues (or not having issues) with uPnP on 1.8.14? I've tried using VLC and XBMC as clients and same result.

Streaming works for me on windows, I'm using it right now with a Transporter 3 BD.

-Edit- The MakeMKV window isn't displaying anything though.
