feature request: option to have subtitle NOT selected by def

#1 Post by jojo1 » Fri Oct 10, 2014 8:45 pm

Small feature request - not sure anyone other than myself would appreciate ; an option such that subtitles are not selected by default and then we can select the one(s) we wish. I typically just want at most one enforced subtitled; and so it would be easier for me to select 1 then unselect 10 or so (a lot of movies have many languages)...

THanks, didn't see that when I looked before posting; so I want:
-sel:(havemulti|havecore|subtitle) ?

Will give it a try.

You can also tell it to pick based upon the preferred language...

fyi; the reason I didn't see the advance option for preference is because it appears to not exist on the linux version ....

I keep forgetting because I selected the option long, long ago and it's written into my windows registry which remembers even if I uninstall the program but you need to go to View | Preferences | General and check "Expert Mode" for the Advanced options to appear. To be honest I'm not sure what the point of that step is...
