About Time rip errors

I'm trying to rip the rental version of the movie "About Time." It always fails with a disc error. I have tried a different disc and I always get the same error. Are there different settings I could be using, or any tips on how to make this happen? Sorry, I'm away from my home computer right now, so I can't give the exact error that I'm receiving.

Of course, support for MakeMKV is only for ripping movies you own, not rental versions.
