3D Thor MakeMKV MPeg4-MKV-3D playing in 2d

Hello. This is my first time using the MakeMKV. I have the MPeg4-MKV-3D option checked on both the smaller and larger files in the MAKEMKV window when I put in my bluray 3D version of thor. The only issue is even with both of these options checked for both of these files, they both only play in 2D. Am I doing something wrong?

You need a player capable of displaying 3D video from an MKV. Last I heard there weren't that many of those around.

ok. I have plex and a vizio passive 3d tv. How do I make the 3d tv display the rips from MakeMKV?

Not my area of expertise, my TV is pure 50hz 2D. If you're saying you've been streaming your video directly to your Smart TV using plex then that's definitely not going to work.
