30 day trial cut short... why?

I just stumbled over this tool the other day and it's pretty good... It said I had a 30 day trial, but then this morning it said there was a new version to use and now I can't use it.

I don't have a problem paying $50, but I worry how people who has already paid are treated, if this is how potential customers are treated...

Why was the trial cut short 27 days?

The key included in the 1.8.11 install expired around 7/27. You need to install the new one, which is posted in this message:
