Roger Waters - In the Flesh

I searched the forums and I am having the same issues as others with this DVD. There doesn't appear to be any answers as to how to successfully rip this DVD. Has anyone successfully ripped this DVD with MakeMKV or any other program? If so can you please inform me? This is one of my favorited DVDs and really want to get it into PLEX.

I am using the latest version of MakeMKV on the latest version of OS X Mavericks. I have tried using 2 different Blu-Ray drives and 2 different DVD drives with no success.
