Updates not working???

The last two updates I have done will just not update on my paid version of MakeMKV. They have always worked fine in the past but now for months they just will not update, when you check on ABOUT, Im still on the old version.

Can someone help me please?

Are you making sure that NO PART of MakeMKV is running when you do the update? Check by looking at the "Processes" tab of the Task Manager. You can have parts of MakeMKV running that won't show up in the Applications window, under certain circumstances.

Are you running the update as the same user that you used originally to installed MakeMKV? It should be asking about uninstalling the previous version, if one exists.
