No Chapters on "Four Lions"

When trying to rip the Blu-Ray "Four Lions", I noticed that MakeMKV does not detect the chapters correctly.

MakeMKV detects the main movie file, with a size of 26.4GB, source file name is 00014.m2ts. But it does not contain chapters.

When opening the disc with MPC-HC, the file 01008.mpls is opened and the chapters are detected correctly.

Is there anything I can do in MakeMKV to detect the chapters properly? I did not have that problem yet on approx. 50 rips I have done so far.

Are you backing the disk up, or ripping to MKV files?

I am ripping to MKV files. I am ripping from an ISO file which was created before. I will try to rip to MKV from the original disk later.
