Attack on Titan Volume 1 Disk 2

I've just bought this blu ray, and I'm trying to rip it for use with Plex. Disk 1 and the first four episodes on disk 2 are fine, but episodes 12 and 13 don't have their own title. After ripping every other listed title, I'm convinced that those are part of a larger title that's 22 gigabytes compared to the usual 5-ish for the individual episodes.

Now, the problem is that when I try to rip that title, I get this:

It's a brand new disk that I took out of the packaging and placed directly in the drive. I've set it to 10 retries already, and I don't know what else to do.
