Having issues with The Video Craze disc. Scans cleanly and identifies titles. Attempting to save Title 00 gives the following:

This is repeatable across multiple runs and different drives. Perhaps it's a mastering error? Unfortunately, I don't have a standalone Blu-Ray drive to test the disc in.
