Error while reading input

I'm trying to make MKVs from DVDs I made so I can add subtitles And I'm getting this error over and over even when using different DVDs, different drives and even different PCs. here's what appears at the bottom of MakeMKV window:

I've tried to attached the log file, but getting a message: "Sorry, the board attachment quota has been reached."

Anybody has a clue why this is happening?

Try an older version of MakeMKV, to make sure you're not encountering the bug in 1.8.10. You can download the older versions from:

http://www.makemkv.com/download/old/

Mike will have to comment on what the exact debug messages you're seeing mean. But the fact that this occurs on more than one machine and multiple disks means you have to isolate the common elements.
