Star Wars Clone Wars Season 5 BD error

I have been trying to rip the season 5 of Clone Wars but unfortunately makemkv is unable to do so and the following shows. Can anything be done about this issue?

Thank you for the reply. Is this likely caused by a scratch or some dirt on the disc?

Those are the most common sources for these errors. A standard part of your "video tool kit" should be a soft cloth and cleaning solution.

I use Pledge furniture polish as the cleaning solution, because it cuts through most finger prints, and is also a wax that can "fill" small scratches. The cloth should be non-scratching; some people use microfiber towels, I use COTTON shop towels that are kept separate from anything that could contaminate them with oil or abrasive dirt.

But there can also be mastering errors in the disk itself - bad spots that were there in the pressing, not the fault of anything that happened afterward. Those can only be dealt with by getting the disk(s) replaced, hopefully with one from a different batch.
