The copy appears to have succeeded, but then fails. Here's the log.

It appears that the copy from disc succeeded, but copying it to it's final destination fails. The temporary directory and the destination directory are all on the same drive and have over 2TB free on it, so it's not a space issue. I copied another BR disc after this failure to make sure there isn't an issue of disk writes, space, etc. and that worked just fine too.

There's nothing visually wrong with the disc, no scratches, finger prints, etc.

I checked the temp directory and all i see is MKB_v43_LAST_VEGAS.tgz 15kb file, and destination directory is empty.

I only ever copy just the main title.

The BD reader is BD-RE PIONEER BD-RW BDR-208D 1.10

I get the same error. I didn't enable debugging before I returned the disc, but I did do a backup and got something along the lines of "Hash error, 99.4% OK" or some such (I didn't record the exact message). The TS files in the backup directory seemed to play fine. After seeing this post, I decided to try to make an MKV from the backup directory and it failed as above. I enabled debug logging and here is the log:

This is a known bug in 1.8.10 . Your only option for now is to use the previous version 1.8.9 in order to process this disc.
